We offer* a collection and delivery service so you can enjoy our services without leaving your home or place of work.
We can tailor our collections and deliveries to suit your specific needs - be it billing, collection location or delivery time, and welcome recurring appointments. Contact us to discuss your requirements and to arrange a collection.

Get in touch with us to discuss the services you require from us.

We'll arrange a collection time and location that is best for you.
2. Collection
We will collect your items from the agreed location at the agreed time.

Once collected, we will take your items back to Alpha.
3. Service
When your items arrive back at Alpha, we firstly inspect them.

Then, with the utmost care and quality, we will carry out the agreed services.
4. Delivery
We will then deliver your items back to you, to an agreed location.
​
We will collect your payment upon delivery, via BACS or cash.
Drop-off and pick-up service
We also offer a drop-off and pick-up service from a number of locations across Northampton.
​
You simply take your items to one of our locations, we will take them back to Alpha to service, before returning them to the selected location for you to pick up. It's as simple as that.
